The demolition work is underway on an old building on Foksal Street, soon to be replaced by a mid-sized office facility developed by Polish Real Estate Holding (PHN). Around 3,300 sqm of new rental space is to be delivered with the project, on a 0.2ha plot at Foksal 10A Street, in the center of Warsaw. A consortium between Mermaid Construction and GEOComp got onto the construction site last month, shortly after their selection as general contractors for the investment. The project is scheduled for completion in 2014.
