According to local media reports, Polish Real Estate Holding (PHN) is one step closer to signing a partnership deal for its PHN Tower project in Warsaw. āWe expect to choose an investor within several months,ā said PaweÅ Laskowski-Fabisiewicz, vice president at PHN.
Just like all its other other projects, PHN Tower will be a joint venture. Wojciech Papierak, PHNās head, said the project is set to break ground in 2014. The scheme includes a 150-metre office building on a 0.6 ha plot.
