Polish Real Estate Holding PHN plans to spend up to PLN 200m on new investments this year. Its main focus will be its Domaniewska project. “We expect to start construction in the second quarter of the year, which means we must select a general contractor within the next few weeks,” said Włodzimierz Stasiak, the PHN board member responsible for the company’s finances, adding that up to 70 percent of the investment will be financed by bank loans. “Talks with two lenders are already underway, but we are still waiting for a third offer.” He added that the company will be looking to increase external financing for its investments this year.
