PHUP Gniezno has extended its 4,700 sqm office and warehouse lease at Logistic & Business Park Bydgoszcz. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield during the lease process. Logistic & Business Park Bydgoszcz offers 30,000 sqm of warehouse as well as a truck court and parking spaces for 40 trucks and 300 cars. Its buildings are currently being upgraded to meet class A standards. The park is owned by London & Cambridge Properties Ltd.
