Physicians Realty Trust acquired a medical office building in Palm Beach Gardens for $14.07 million. The 20,377-square-foot building sits on a 1.9-acre site located at 3602 Kyoto Gardens Drive. The seller, LSPB Real Estate of Palm Beach Gardens, bought the property in 2006 for $5.1 million. This is Physicians Realty Trust’s eighth property in Florida.
