Pinck Ingenieure Consulting GmbH signed a lease on 700 sqm of office space at Berliner Tor Center (BTC) in Hamburg. The company will relocate in June 2016. Grossmann & Berger brokered the lease deal. Berliner Tor Center is located in Hamburg’s St. Georg district and offers 80,000 sqm of office space. The property is 90 percent leased. Main tenants include Siemens (17,000 sqm), IBM (9,000 sqm), Carat Germany (6,500 sqm) as well as Colgate Palmolive and Deutsche Bahn. Bilfinger Real Estate has been the property’s asset manager since 2007.
