The Pineview Apartments in Orlando have been acquired buy Zamir Kazi, Hamza Kuraishi and Pineview Orlando, LLC. for $2.6 million. Located on the west side of town at 4731 North Pine Hills Road, the 91 unit community traded for just over $28,570 per unit. At the time of the sale the complex was 94 percent leased. The seller was a Brazil-based family partnership, Shemuel, LLC.
“The sale of Pineview Apartments is another great example of how Orlando’s robust economy and continued job growth is attracting multifamily investors to this market,” said Luke Wickham, CBRE Senior Vice President. “Orlando led the nation in employment growth in 2015 after adding 52,200 jobs. This is translating into strong demand for apartment homes.”
