The Neocity Group, founded and led by Israeli businessman Ehud Benshach, is turning an older office project it plans to develop in Pipera into a block of about 200 apartments.
The company owns a plot of about 6,200 sqm where it planned to build an office building, but the idea was abandoned. Now, Neocity is preparing a new project, which provides for the construction of a block with 4 floors, plus the 5th and 6th floors secluded, which will include 196 apartments. The building also has two basements for 235 parking spaces. The investment in this project is estimated at over EUR 10 million.
