The Pipera Voluntari zone has attracted investments worth hundreds of millions from office developers. Wall-Street.ro with five real estate agencies (Jones Lang LaSalle, Colliers, DTZ, The Advisers / Knight Frank and CBRE), analyzed eight office buildings located in Pipera, in northern Bucharest, all of which had over 5,000 sqm.
The building were judged for quality of space, facilities for employees, rent and other costs (service charges) and flexibility in relation between owner and tenants.
Global City was voted the best building in Pipera Voluntari getting the highest score in owner flexibility and facilities for employees.
The project was developed by Greek investment fund Global Finance. Swan Office & Technology Park ranked second place in top. The building is owned by the investment fund Chayton Capital. Swan Office & Technology Business Park was completed early last year after an investment of €50 m.
