Piritex, a company owned by the businessman Petrica Usurelu, has been declared insolvent and Transylvania Insolvency House was named as receiver for the importer and distributor of interior decoration materials.
On the market since 1994, Piritex distributes carpeting, rugs, linoleum, flooring, adhesives and accessories, and providing transportation services, installation and maintenance of these products.
