At the end of May, the Pizza Hut restaurant chain will open its first home delivery service outside Romania’s capital with a store in in the Palas Iasi Mall.
The Pizza Hut Delivery (PHD) unit will be located on the ground floor of shopping center, according to a statement by Iulius Group, the complex’s developer.
In Romania, Pizza Hut has 13 fast food restaurants, of which eight are in Bucharest, two are in Cluj, while there are one each in Iasi, Constanta and Timisoara.
In Romania, the Pizza Hut franchise is owned by businessman Puiu Popoviciu, who controls the company U.S. Food Network, operator of the KFC network.
