PKO Leasing has leased 370 sqm at Symetris Business Park in Łódź. The tenant was represented by Cresa. Symetris Business Park offers 19,000 sqm of leasable space in two 10-story buildings. The property allows for flexible office space arrangements to meet the needs of individual tenants. “In preparing a proposal for PKO Leasing, we took all of the client’s needs into account. We are pleased that the Symetris Business Park has fully met the requirements of the sales department of PKO Leasing. The tenant has already moved into the new premises,” said Marta Pyziak, head of the Łódź office of Cresa Poland.
