The Polish State Railways PKP wants to develop a 300,000 sqm plot near the central Warsaw railway station. The land is zoned for office, retail and residential. PKP is currently looking for a new partner for the project, which could be worth up to PLN 900m. Several experienced developers are expected to take part in a bidding process for the project and will have until June 5 to submit their offers.
