Master planning for land along Słomińskiego Street in Warsaw is underway, with the owner, Polish State Railways (PKP) planning to develop an office complex that would replace the railway station Dworzec Gdański. The 87,000 sqm office project is now being considered by city authorities, with 9,900 sqm intended for retail and another 30,000 sqm planned for PKP service points. The 16-storey scheme would provide 500 parking places.
