Polish State Railways PKP is looking for new business partners for its “Small Development Projects” initiative, which includes seven schemes in Mińsk Mazowiecki, Warsaw, Oświęcim, Konin, Włocławek, Dębica and Katowice. With this new venture, PKP plans to make further portions of its real estate portfolio income generating.
“Investors interested in commercializing some of our properties located near PKP’s railway stations, which also includes the modernization of these stations, are welcome to submit a proposal,” PKP wrote in a statement.
In an attempt to attract investors, PKP said that all of the projects involved in the small development initiative are well located, giving them significant commercial potential of up to 7,500 sqm each.
