A cornerstone ceremony is scheduled for Nowy Place Unii in the middle of September in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. A 90-storey tower is expected to be erected by the end of 2013.
With an investment of PLN 279m, Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development NFI S.A expect to deliver a total of 41,300 sqm of office and retail space along with an 800-car garage. Along with the 15,500 sqm retail component, the project is currently 65 percent let. Among the tenants to have already signed up in the mall are Supersam, ZARA, Massimo Dutti, Bank ING, Vistula & Wólczanka, W. Kruk, Cubus and Deni Cler.
