Construction on the mixed-use Plac Unii project is nearly finished. The topping out ceremony on the project was held in Warsaw at the end of December. The JV project between Liebrecht & wooD and BBI Development is scheduled to open this year. Located in the city’s Mokotów district, the project is made up two 6-story buildings and one 21-story office tower. The project will add 56,800 sqm of office and retail space to the regional market. ING Group and Dalkia Polska are set to open their offices at the project. The list of tenants signed for the retail component of the project includes ZARA, Massimo Dutti, Bank ING, Vistula & Wólczanka, W. Kruk, Cubus and Deni Cler. Liebrecht & wooD is the main investor, holding a 60-percent stake in the project.
