Plaček Group, the largest trader of pet supplies in Central and Eastern Europe, is expanding its management team. The operator of the Super Zoo network in the Czech Republic and Slovakia, Kakadu Zoo in Poland, and Dino Zoo in Latvia has a new CEO, František Wagner, as of September 1, 2022, who comes from the Globus headquarters. František Wagner has been working in managerial positions in retail for 28 years and also has experience abroad, where he managed the company KIK in Italy for three years.
Dušan Plaček plans further expansion in the above-mentioned countries, saying that within ten years he would like to grow from the current 335 stores in his network of stores with pet supplies to 1,000 business units.
