There could be four office towers built in the vicinity of the ongoing second metro line in Warsaw, with city officials reportedly having issued four new zoning decisions so far. The office projects are Caleidoscope (198 metres), Torca Towers (190 meters and 130 meters), Atlas Estate (167 metres) and Prosta Tower (180 metres). There is also one office tower planned for the left bank of the Vistula river, in the Praga district. One scheme, Caleidoscope, is to be developed near the Daszyński roundabout, and has been designed to provide 3,300 sqm of new space, with parking for 700 cars.
