Liebrecht & wooD secured a new tenant this month for Batory Office Building II in Warsaw. Platforma Mediowa Point Group, the publisher of the weeklies Wprost and Do Rzeczy, has signed a lease agreement on more than 1,200 sqm of office space in the project, located at Aleje Jerozolimskie street in Warsaw. The new tenant will be operating office space on two floors in the building. Delivered in 2009,the six-story Batory Office Building II provides more than 7,800 sqm of office space.
Yamaha Motor also extended its lease at Batory Office Building II. The building is currently fully occupied. Yamaha has 320 sqm of office space on the fourth floor.
