Platinium Business Park in Warsaw awarded LEED Gold

Platinium Business Park, owned by Allianz and managed by Allianz Real Estate Germany, has completed its LEED certification process. Each of the five class A office buildings in the complex was awarded with a LEED Gold certificate, confirming comfortable working conditions and energy efficiency. The certification process was conducted by Colliers International. Platinium Business Park is located in Warsaw’s Mokotów district and offers a total of 58,400 sqm of leasable space. “We are pleased to complete the LEED certification process, which shows our commitment to sustainability, tenant loyalty and the improvement of the ecological footprint. We are proud to become the first certified office complex in Poland,” says Meike Feistkorn, senior asset manager at Allianz Real Estate Germany.
