The Platinium IV office building in Warsaw has obtained a LEED EBOM Gold certificate. The certification process was carried out by Colliers International. Platinium Business Park is located at the intersection of Domaniewska and Wołoska streets. Once completed, the scheme will offer 70,600 sqm of modern office space in six buildings.
