As part of its restructuring strategy, Plaza Centers sold Ducal Palace in Bucharest for €1.085m. The name of the buyer was not disclosed. The 823 sqm historic building, located between Lascar Catargiu Boulevard and Calea Victoriei, was converted into an office building in 2005 and acquired by Plaza Centers in 2007.
Plaza Centers has been offloading numerous of its Romanian assets since the beginning of the year. It sold plots to the German group Intercora, DIY retailer Dedeman and supermarket chain Lidl.
