Pleskot unveils new design for Central Group’s Rezidence Kavčí Hory

25 April 2016

Central Group presented new design for Rezidence Kavčí Hory the developer bought in 2012 from Hochtief. Architect Josef Pleskot has redesigned the project (originally drawn up by the architect Jan Aulík ten years ago), which included lower and longer apartment buildings. The new design features three 68 meter towers which Pleskot says will increase the amount of public space and greenery, while the amount of retail and services will rise from 500 sqm to 3,000 sqm. The redesign has cost Central Group more than three years of delay, but it still has a valid construction permit for the original project. The first phase of Rezidence Kavčí Hory should now offer 379 flats and cost the investor CZK 2.5bn to build.
