PLH Invest started construction on Gama, a residential scheme in Sofia. Located close to G.M. Dimitrov boulevard, the eight-story building will have a restaurant, a children’s entertainment center and offices on the ground floor, while two underground levels will offer parking and storage areas for each apartment.
PLH Invest specializes in the construction and management of residential and holiday complexes and business buildings. The company, part of Planex Holding, was founded in 2004.
