Pharmaceutical company Pliva opened a new multi-purpose synthesis factory in in Novi Marof, north-western Croatia. The company invested about €66.5m in the new facility, which was opened in the presence of Prime Minister Tihomir Oreskovic.
The factory will double the capacity of the company, which will produce about 20 active substances for medicines. “Pliva is one of the biggest Croatian exporters and new investments are about to be made.” said Prime Minister Tihomir Oreskovic.
