PLOH has decided to extend its warehouse lease and increase its office footprint at Ożarów I Logistics Centre. The company’s headquarters currently covers 1,700 sqm. The vending machine supplier was represented by Cresa Poland. Ożarów I Logistics Centre is a warehouse and office facility with a total area of over 12,000 sqm located in Bronisze near Ożarów Mazowiecki. CBRE Global Investors is the asset manager. CBRE is responsible for commercialization and property management.
