Pneuhage Serwis Opon has leased 6,000 sqm of warehouse space at MLP Poznan. JLL advised the distributor of tires and wheels during the lease process. “We are very happy we have signed a new lease agreement. The warehouse space market around Poznan is currently very popular with tenants. Our MLP Poznan facility currently comprises four buildings with a total lease area of almost 49,000 sqm, but it is planned to provide almost 90,000 sqm. Among the unquestionable advantages of the project are excellent location and the ability to adapt the space to clients’ needs,” said Agnieszka Gozdz, sales director at MLP Group.
