Popovici Niţu Stoica & Asociaţii Law Firm (PNSA) assisted the Orange group in acquiring the majority stake in Telekom Romania Communications from OTE for a price of EUR 296 million.
Telekom Romania Communications provides fixed telephony, broadband internet and television services to 5 million customers, while 90,000 km of fiber optic network connects approximately 3 million households. It also provides fixed-mobile converged services for approximately 881,000 customers.
