Poczta Polska takes space from PHN

Polish Post Office (Poczta Polska) and Polish Real Estate Holding (PHN) signed an agreement on August 1 for the space at Intraco’s office building in Warsaw. Poczta Polska will take the space from PHN for its new headquarters in two of PHN office buildings in the next two years: in Intraco and in an office building planned on Warsaw’s Domaniewska Street.
The latest contract is one of two the sides are getting ready to sign in order to close the deal, with the second of them set for October. Until the office scheme on Domaniewska Street is delivered in 2015, Poczta Polska will take 7,000 sqm of offices at Intraco building. Domaniewska 37C is currently in the design stage, and is expected to provide 28,000 sqm of leasable space, of which 13,000 sqm was agreed to be taken by Poczta Polska.
