The exclusive project Rezidence Pod Rybníčkem has reached its completion. 8 elegant apartments with premium standards have been built in a quiet part of Prague-Suchdol. Only the last unit is currently available for purchase. The new owners should move in during the summer. The sale of the apartments is exclusively handled by the real estate agency Luxent.
The development project Rezidence Pod Rybníčkem includes luxury apartment units with layouts ranging from 2+kk to 4+kk with a living area of up to 117 sqm. The apartments feature design-standard bathrooms, wooden floating floors, wood-aluminium windows with triple glazing and luxurious large-format tiles. The units are also equipped with underfloor heating and preparation for front window blinds, while the attic ones also have air conditioning.
The Pod Rybníčkem Residence project is located in the oldest part of Suchdol near the Únětice Stream Valley and Tiché údolí nature reserves.
