Podium Investment is developing an office park in Kraków’s Czyżyny district. Going up on Jana Pawła II street, Podium Park will feature three connected 11-story office buildings, offering a total of 50,700 sqm of leasable space, including 47,600 sqm of office and 3,100 sqm of commercial. The scheme will also offer electric car, bicycle and scooter rental services and 36 electric car charging stations. The first stage will be completed in June 2018. The investment is one of the first in Poland to be awarded with a BREEAM Outstanding certificate.
