Only 6 months after the first tenants of Pódium Office moved into the downtown theater district building in Budapest, the building is now nearly 60 percent leased. Five companies requiring modern office space have taken up areas ranging from 360 to 950 sqm. Geometry Global, a creative and media agency, was the first tenant to join followed by three IT companies, Code Cool, Black Swan, liligo.com and the latest tenant: Egon Zehnder.
“We are monitoring strong interest from potential tenants,” said Angéla Jójárt, Associate at the Office Agency at Colliers International, the exclusive leasing consultant of the property.
“We have several ongoing negotiations for most parts of the building and are very optimistic to see further prospective tenants within a short period of time.”
