According to Ziarul Financiar’s website, PointPark Properties, in partnership with Ivanhoe Cambridge, is in talks to buy Europolis Logistic Park, owned by CA Immo. Europolis Logistic Park, situated along the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, offers 214,000 sqm of space. It is considered the largest logistics development near Bucharest. The project is valued at €120m. The deal is expected to close by the end of the year, reports the website, citing speculation within the Romanian real estate community. CA Immo and PointPark Properties, owned by controlled by Texas Pacific Group, have declined to confirm the reports.
