Poland advanced four places in the Global Real Estate Transparency Index listing, from the 17th to 13th spot, beating out Switzerland, Denmark and Japan. The JLL report found that two-thirds of the countries making the index improved their transparency this year. The UK, Australia, Canada, the US, France, New Zealand, the Netherlands, Ireland, Germany and Finland topped the list. JLL pointed out that these countries attract 75 percent of global real estate investments.
