More than 41.8 thousand applications have been submitted so far under the ‘2% Safe Credit’ programme and 5.7 thousand agreements have been concluded for a total amount of approximately PLN 2.16 billion, the Ministry of Development and Technology (MRIT) said. Currently, ‘Safe Credit 2%’ is offered by nine banks, with five more institutions declaring their readiness to join the programme in Q3/Q4 this year.

Currently, “Safe Credit 2%” is offered by nine banks: Alior Bank, Bank BPS and the Cooperative Banks of the BPS Association, Bank Pekao, Bank Spółdzielczy Rzemiosła in Kraków, Bank Spółdzielczy w Brodnicy, Krakowski Bank Spółdzielczy in Kraków, PKO Bank Polski, SGB-Bank and the Cooperative Banks associated with SGB-Bank and VeloBank. Five more institutions declare their readiness to join the programme in Q3/Q4 this year, the ministry said.
Last month, Development and Technology Minister Waldemar Buda told ISBnews that the ‘2% Safe Credit’ will be offered by 16-17 banks by the end of this year.
