High tenant activity was reflected in over 1.05 million sqm leased in Poland in 2014. Developer activity remains exceptionally strong in Poland’s regional cities: currently more than 630,000 sqm of office space is under active construction (1.4 million sqm including Warsaw). In both 2014 and 2015 new supply in regional markets is set to exceed by far that of Warsaw. Vacancy rates varied across the cities. More details in the attachment.
