Poland’s property market seeks new high-skilled human capital

In the current low inflation environment, Poland’s economy is creating demand for high-skilled real estate professionalists in Poland, according to C&W’s Dorota Skowrońska. Investors are looking mostly for property managers and leasing experts at the moment, she says, but demand has also started to grow for project managers, both for the development investment processes and the interior design. “The markets lacks both highly experienced experts, as well as mid-level specialists and graduates with required English language skills,” says Skowrońska.
