Poland’s regional office markets continue to grow

The supply of office space in Poland’s eight regional markets hit 3.7 million sqm at the end of the third quarter of 2016, according to PORF. The biggest portion of office space is located in Kraków (867,500 sqm), Wrocław (770,500 sqm) and TriCity (629,300 sqm). A total of 311,700 sqm of new office space was delivered in the country’s secondary office markets, with 100,800 sqm having been delivered in Krakow and Wrocław (62,000 sqm). The vacancy in those eight market surpassed 402,000 sqm of space, with Katowice reporting biggest vacancy rate of 15.5 percent. Demand remains the strongest in Kraków, which enjoys just 6.3 percent vacancy.
