Poland’s Treasury adds four members to PHN Supervisory Board

Poland’s Treasury has made further changes at the board of the Polish Real Estate Holding. After dismissing two members of the holding’s supervisory board, the new administration has added four new member to the body. Krzysztof Melnarowicz and Marcin Marczuk have both been dismissed from their positions, while Mikołaj Handschke, Jacek Chwalenia, Jerzy Wala and Oliwer Koszowski will now take seats on PHN’s board.

Mikołaj Handschke graduated from Poznań Economic University in finance and banking and holds a doctorate in economy from the University of Economics in Poznan and currently lectures on economic at a number of universities. From 2013, he’s been a member of the supervisory board at the brokerage firm mBroker Net in Poznan.
Jacek is a physiotherapist and completed postgraduate management in central and local government. He serves as Chairman of the Board of PGK Eekom. Jerzy Wal graduated from the Higher School of Finance and Management in Warsaw, where he earned an MBA. He served as as chairman of the board Pułtusk Enterprises Municipal Services from 2007 to 2015.
