Polbrass has leased 2,800 sqm of warehouse and production space at Panattoni Park Bielsko-Biala III. The copper manufacturer was represented by Cresa Poland during the lease process. The park is Panattoni’s third property in Bielsko-Biała. A second building, offering 68,500 sqm of usable floor space, is currently underway. The building is used mainly for production and warehouse storage. The investment also features office facilities and social premises for tenants.
