The Italian group Policlinico di Monza plans to invest €2m to open a network of cardiology clinics in Romania’s major cities. Each cardiology center will employ between 30 to 50 people.
Policlinico di Monza made a €40m investment a few years ago with the opening of the Monza hospital in Bucharest. This investment was followed by another €6m investment in improvements to the hospital. In 2015, reports the company, the hospital reached the break even point.
