The Polish builder Polimex-Mostostal sold off another of its non-core business subsidiaries this month. The private equity fund Highlander Partners bought Polimex’s ZREW Transformatory, the company announced, in a deal worth PLN 46.7m.
“We believe ZREW Transformatory not only has a strong position on the Polish market but also a great potential for growth,” said Artur Łakomiec, Operating Partner at Highlander Partners. “That’s why we plan to make further investments that would provide long-term and safe growth for the company.”
