The chief of Polish Antimonopoly Office, MaÅgorzata KrasnodÄbska-Tomkiel has come under fire after proposing that the top management of companies be made personally liable in cases involving cartels, price collusion or abuse of a dominant position. āIām not surprised by the negative opinions,ā says KrasnodÄbska-Tomkiel, adding that consultations on the matter are still in the early stages. While she says all criticisms would be taken under consideration, she insists the innovation will be introduced into Polish law.
