More than 1.82 million sqm in lease deals were signed on the Polish industrial market between January and June, according to AXI IMMO. New deals and extensions made up 70 percent of the total. Developers, meanwhile, are preparing new investments, which will add 1.71 million sqm of warehouse to the market. Approximately 720,000 sqm of new space were completed in the first six months this year. Sales patterns and the solid economic situation in Western Europe has helped fuel growth in Poland’s industrial sector, according to the AXI IMMO report.
