Prices of consumer goods and services according to a flash estimate, in August 2021, compared to the same month last year, increased by 5.4% (price index 105.4), and compared to the previous month increased by 0.2% (price index 100.2).
The prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages increased by 3.9% y / y, energy carriers – by 6.1% y / y, fuels for private means of transport increased by 28% y / y.
In monthly terms, the prices of food and non-alcoholic beverages decreased by 0.3% MoM, energy carriers increased by 0.8%, while fuel for private means of transport increased by 1.8% MoM.
