Demand for Polish office space stood at almost 1.1 million sqm between January and September, according to JLL. āWe expect this positive trend to continue into the future. The largest lease agreements concluded in the first three quarters include Deloitte (22,100 sqm at Q22 in Warsaw), Santander Consumer Bank (three contracts: an owner-occupier for 17,000 sqm in WrocÅaw, 14,800 sqm at Business Garden PoznaÅ and 10,000 sqm at Business Garden WrocÅaw), Polish Financial Supervision Authority (14,800 sqm at PiÄkna 2.0 in Warsaw), WeWork (14,200 sqm at Mennica Legacy Tower in Warsaw), CiC (13,500 sqm at Varso II in Warsaw), Capgemini (11,900 sqm at Rondo Business Park in Kraków), PLL LOT (an owner-occupier for 11,800 sqm in Warsaw), Ad Pilot (10,300 sqm at Wolf MarszaÅkowska in Warsaw) and Sii (10,100 sqm at Olivia Prime in Tri-City).
