The Polish office supply could grow by 95 percent this year compared with 2011, according to a DTZ report, with 530,000 sqm of new space expected to hit the regional market. Analysts anticipate supply could reach 600,000 sqm in 2013. Lease volume, however, is expected to slow during the first half of next year, as a result of the country’s continuing economic woes. According to DTZ, vacancy rates are expected to grow mostly in the regional cities, where the biggest number of projects are planned for 2013/2014.
