Poland’s outsourcing service market is expected to hit PLN 4bn this year. The sector is benefiting from the crisis, and is expected to result in income from Polish outsourcing firms increasing by 35 percent in 2013, according to the Outsourcing Institute. “We could say the tendency of the companies to shift to outsourcing goes hand-in-hand with the worsening market,” said Monika Hernecka of Pay Center. “This is a way for companies to cut their expenses, by reducing their workforce.”
