Polish primary housing market sets record in 2019

Last year was the second best annual performance for Poland’s primary housing market, according to JLL. Developers operating in the six largest Polish cities sold a total of 17,600 units in the fourth quarter of 2019, which is 9 percent more than in the previous quarter. This increased annual sales to 65,400 units, which is nearly 1 percent better than the previous year, according to the JLL report.
